Blam!
Blam! was a series CD-ROM magazines by Necro Enema Amalgamated (NEA). Three issues were published between 1993 and 1997.

A notorious series of three CD-ROM magazines -- shocking and ultimately irritating, but extremely well-made, Blam! pushed the boundaries of what was possible with Macromedia Director in the mid-1990s. Necro Enema Amalgamated (NEA), the maker of Blam!, describes interaction as "super malevolent user training and tracking" -- or SMUTT; NEA is a fervent and convinced opponent of the wide-spread myth of the new media giving all power to the user. According to NEA, 'interaction' as designed on the WWW and CD-Roms has nothing to do with 'user empowerment'. Interactive media are programming the users, programming choices, programming the users' behaviour and thought.
