Een video/film waarin het lineaire karakter van de film wordt doorbroken door het inzetten van computertechnieken en niet-lineaire verhaaltechnieken. Tijd, ruimte en geschiedenis krijgen hier een totaal andere invulling. WAX: or.. geeft een indruk van de toekomstige cinema volgens de New York Times. De structuur van de film toont relaties met de electronische netwerk structuren zoals die momenteel ontwikkeld worden. Vervolgens geeft David Blair een lezing waarin relaties uitgewerkt werden tussen de structuur van deze film en de electronische netwerken.
