Festival, which stands for the initials of each of its locations was an international audio festival, which was organized at Fletch Bizzel, Dortmund (D), Logos, Ghent (B), Experimental Intermedia, New York (USA) and the Apollohuis, Eindhoven (NL). In the F.L.E.A. Festival, each of the participating organisations selected an artist/artwork that would be brought to all four venues.
