Cortex (N) is a collective with Knut Mork, Kate Pendry, Marius Watz and Stahl Stenslie.
Cortex
The Norwegian Cortex group consisted of Knut Mork, Kate Pendry and Marius Watz, Communications and Data Designer, as well as media designer Stahl Stenslie. The latter is often based in Cologne and specializes in body interfaces as datasuits which have sensory stimuli and expanded receptors. Stenslie bases these ideas on the real systems of electronic-human hybrid worlds. The worlds Cortex creates, work in strong contrast to the machine as extended organ, as they become a real part of a larger post-organic cyber organism with extended capability for emotions.
