Arthur Engelbert is professor in media theory and praxis with the focus on new media at the Postdam University.
He obtained a Ph.D in art history at the University of Bochum and his doctoral degree at Wuppertal University in 1998. Arthur Engelbert was the director of the Medialab, from which MIB (Multimedia Productions in Berlin) originated in 1996.
