Arturo Hernández Alcázar work is site-specific: an accumulation of materialized processes becoming relevant to the artist by their enthropic meaning.

The work exists as the intention of materialize mental processes that implies transformations, transportations and relocations of materials using as main guide the idea of synergy. A concept from physics (as body or matter) can be applied to sculpture, where an object, or matter, gets transformed by some energy (or intention) which impacts on it, transforming it in form and sense.

Alcázar studied at the Escuela Nacional de Pintura, Escultura y Grabado, La Esmeralda in México, and studied installation with Urs Jaeggi, and photography and alternative media with Eduardo Abaroa.
