Bert Mulder is a Dutch information specialist. During the past two decades, he worked with a very diverse group of people, from large companies to individual hackers and from public health departments to education. He has been advisor for the Dutch parliament in the field of the information society and started his own company where he develops research trajectories with specific target groups.
