Bruce Odland is a composer and performer from Colorado, USA. He got an international appreciation because of his compositions, performances and sound installations. He has become known for creating large-scale sound installations with Austrian composer Sam Auinger in historical public monuments - Trajan Forum in Rome, A Japanese Garden in Los Angeles, the Castle of Linz, MAK in Vienna, and the Kongresshalle in Berlin. Mr. Odland has made scores for theatre, dance, film radio and TV; he designed Peter Sellars' Merchant of Venice, and Tina Packer's Much Ado About Nothing at The Mount.
