Cãlin Dan

Cãlin Dan (RO/NL) is a multi-media artist.

Calin Dan obtained a MA in Art History & Theory. He initiated his career as art journalist, free lance curator and cultural manager (with the Soros Foundation, Romania). From 1990, he got involved in various old/new media projects within the art duo subREAL. Dan is a developer of multi-media projects in Romania and in the Netherlands (mainly with V2 Lab for the Unstable Media, Rotterdam). He also contributes to mainstream and alternative publications on internet related topics; and holds various teaching positions (notably the Art University Bucuresti and the Hoogeschool voor de Kunsten.
