Felix Hahn studied the technical as well as the artistic side audiovisual media, worked as a programmer at Polaroid in Boston, conducted research on "virtual museums" at the KHM, and oversaw the development of the first web presence of the WDR. His web-based media installations have been exhibited widely. Since 1999, he collaborates with Carsten Becker, under the name Fluct.
