Mark Federman is a strategic thinker and head of McLuhan Management Studies at the McLuhan Program in Culture and Technology at the University of Toronto. He has more than twenty-five years of large corporate experience in information technology, sales, marketing, product development, and senior operational management. With Derrick de Kerckhove he co-wrote McLuhan for Managers -- New Tools for New Thinking (2003).
