Michael Joyce is the author of afternoon, a story, perhaps the most celebrated hypertext fiction written to date, and of Twilight, A Symphony. With Jay Bolter and John B. Smith, he developed Storyspace. He has lectured and published widely on issues relating to hypertext and writing.
