as paramedia artist (following yasunao tone's interpretation), my art practice focus on the 'invisible' or 'intangible', whether physical, mental mystic or imaginary.
in some instances, i create works that confront the spectator with this extra-information, bringing out the hidden; in others i prepare mental spaces where the environment(al setup) bring these inner aspects to the forefront of perception.
using scientific or even fantastic principles, and source material from nature, the audio-visual spatial installations become the framework for the experiences i want to evoke: where neuronal patterns can be shifted.
