A documentary like an interactive video, led by the visible hand of director Paul Cohen. Personal histories of people from different parts of the world are told in a fragmentary way. In between, famous theorists present their views, until the Part Time God decides it's been enough.
In an interview in the Dutch Filmkrant, Cohen states the following about his film: When I borrowed a book about quantum mechanics, I saw there are limitations about matter. I started to wonder: what are these limitations, and what is the spiritual? (...) Let's make a film about that. Let me try to link a few of these thoughts to poetry in a movie.
