Songs from the Hands was a 45-minute concert by Michel Waisvisz. For this concert he used his "Hands" instruments -- gloves which look like a knuckle-duster to direct the synthesizers from a distance. By pushing on buttons on his gloves sound is lead through sensors to the synthesizers. Besides the sound of synthesizers, Waisvisz used a black box with human voices generated live from the audience. In this way the concert became more of a performance where the artist was interacting with the music he was composing.
