During his "Evening of...", Master of Ceremonies Geert-Jan Hobijn introduced the concept of irritainment, which he clarified with examples from the catalogue of Staalplaat, the Amsterdam based distribution company for underground music. Special guest Vicky Bennet of the English band 'People like Us' introduced the band's work and reanimated Michael Jackson by using video technique and audio material.

The evening was concluded by the music choice of DJ Alien Q. His mission was to explore the possibilities of transforming the most basic 'middle of the road' musical material into a new, challenging but very irritating composition in a continuous mix of abstract as well as more familiar and concrete music. Dancing was allowed, but highly unlikely.
