World in a Shell Urban Adventure

"A walk in the Invisible City" with urban explorers Petr Kazil and Wilfried Hou Je Bek.

9
Apr 2010
16:00 to 18:00
location: Start at NAi, Museumpark, Rotterdam

In "A Walk in the Invisible City", urban adventurer Petr Kazil and psychogeographer Wilfried Hou Je Bek joined forces to provide participants with refreshing insights regarding our urban surroundings and advanced knowledge on how these surroundings can be explored. During the adventure, participants were directed towards urban spaces' most overlooked aspects, learning to explore those spaces in nonintuitive ways, engaged in hands-on experiments in urban perception and exploration, and looked at the city from secret hideouts, unknown lookouts, and revealing historical perspectives.
