Melissa Colemans textile ‘Bravo’ from ‘Media Vintage’ is at display in the Audax Textielmuseum in Tilburg. In the TextileLab of the museum several textile machines are placed which can be used by designers, artists and students to execute their designs. Machines to embroider, knit, laser, print, tuft, paint or weave. A sample of the piece ‘Bravo’ by Melissa will be displayed with the embroidery machines to function as an example. Bravo is a tapestry with embroidered Braille, when reading the tapestry it sings a song from long ago.
