TEDx hardly needs an introduction. The conferences organised under this name are extremely popular all around the world. TEDx brings together the most original thinkers and actors under the motto “Ideas worth spreading”. V2_ is an official creative partner for the Rotterdam edition of TEDx, on June 4, 2010.
Curator Michel van Dartel joined the creative board of TEDxRotterdam to bring speakers from the V2_ network into the TEDx program and help facilitate their partcipation. Two outstanding outcomes of this were the “ideas worth spreading” of Daan Roosegaarde - who often works together with V2_Lab - and Julian Oliver, who's project The Artvertizer was recently presented at V2_ in the program Test_Lab: Tools for Propaganda. Julian Oliver had a busy day on the 4th of June, since he had to rush from TEDxRotterdam stage straight into a taxi to attend V2_'s second expert meeting on augmented reality.
